Refund and Returns Policy

No statutory right of withdrawal for prepared food

Under Article VI.53, 4° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to perishable goods or goods that are quickly spoiled. All our products are prepared meals intended for immediate consumption, so this exception applies in full.

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer and is not eligible for a refund as a matter of “change of mind”.

If something is wrong with your order

If your order is incorrect, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery:

Where appropriate, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the affected items.
  • A credit valid for a future order.
  • A partial or full refund through the original payment method (refunds are processed within 14 calendar days).

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Belgian law, including the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Belgian Civil Code) and consumer protection provisions in Book VI of the Code of Economic Law.
